In this position, you will report to the Manager of Operations and engage with various stakeholders and Indigenous communities. Your expertise in civil construction will enhance project coordination, allowing for effective communication with site Superintendents. You will be responsible for maintaining productivity and safety, while also tackling in office challenges throughout Kamloops and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams through the full lifecycle
• Develop and monitor detailed project budgets




• Create clear project objectives and updates
• Assist field operations to address on-site challenges
• Maintain organized project documentation

Requirements:
• 10+ years in the construction industry
• 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience with projects exceeding $10 million
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
