Join a large-scale AI transformation initiative within a national financial services environment. This role will lead organizational change management activities supporting enterprise AI and Generative AI adoption across strategy, deployment, scaling, and sustained adoption phases. The consultant will advise leaders on workforce impacts, responsible AI use, communications, readiness, and adoption planning while supporting enterprise-wide transformation outcomes. The engagement includes a 12-month initial term with optional extensions.
12 month initial term contract, with 24 month optional term
Ottawa, Hybrid (10 days per month onsite), Working Hours: EST
Must Haves 5+ years delivering Organizational Change Management services for enterprise technology, digital, business, or AI transformation initiatives
Leadership of at least one AI transformation or Generative AI organizational change management workstream across multiple lifecycle phases
Certification in Prosci ADKAR , CCMP , or equivalent organizational change management certification
Eligibility to obtain Reliability Status clearance
University degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Behavioural Science
Nice to Have Experience developing adoption and value-realization measures for AI transformation initiatives
Experience creating reusable frameworks, playbooks, toolkits, and knowledge-transfer materials
Knowledge of responsible AI principles including transparency, accountability, privacy, and output validation




Responsibilities Develop and maintain organizational change management strategies, roadmaps, and change plans aligned to AI transformation priorities
Assess organizational readiness and change impacts across roles, teams, processes, technology, and ways of working
Advise sponsors and leaders on workforce impacts, resistance management, responsible AI use, and adoption activities
Create communications, engagement strategies, and change narratives supporting AI transformation objectives
Design and implement adoption approaches for AI-enabled tools and recent ways of working
Collaborate with departments, teams, and stakeholders to support change activities and responsible AI adoption
Define adoption, readiness, capability, and value-realization measures and provide reporting and recommendations
