Follett Canada seeks a Store Manager II Multi-Unit to lead bookstore operations across multiple locations. You will recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff, and drive store plans, customer service, and course materials activities with a focus on profitability and campus partnership.
You will oversee budgeting, promotions, and staff deployment, while ensuring high standards of customer experience and teamwork across units. Some travel is required.
