OpenText is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join the in-house HR, Litigation, Ethics & Compliance legal team reporting to the VP & GC. You will support global commercial litigation and software compliance while collaborating with HR and business teams.
The successful candidate will be a business-minded lawyer with 3–8 years of commercial litigation experience, licensed in Canada, and capable of handling international matters in a quick-paced global company.
