We are looking for an experienced, organized, and highly detail-oriented Vape Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail location.

This is a hands-on management position requiring someone who understands the vape industry, takes ownership of their work, and is exceptionally strong with inventory management, ordering, stock control, and organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the vape store
- Work a variety of shifts, including some evenings and weekends as required
- Manage product ordering and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Monitor inventory closely and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Receive, verify, organize, and enter incoming inventory accurately
- Maintain accurate product counts and ensure inventory is properly tracked
- Identify low-stock and high-selling products and place orders accordingly
- Manage and update the online store/website, including products, inventory, pricing, and product information
- Ensure online and in-store inventory remains accurate
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional retail environment
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Support and supervise staff and ensure store procedures are being followed
- Handle defective products, returns, RMAs, and supplier credits appropriately
- Assist with merchandising, promotions, and improving store sales
- Ensure all applicable age-verification and vaping regulations are followed
- Complete operational tasks promptly rather than allowing issues to accumulate

Requirements Previous experience working in a vape store is required.





The successful candidate must also have:

- Strong knowledge of vaping products and the vape retail industry
- Excellent inventory-management skills
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Experience with ordering, receiving, stock counts, and inventory reconciliation
- Solid computer skills and the ability to manage an e-commerce website
- Experience with Shopify or Shopify POS is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and provide direction to other employees
- Reliability and flexibility with scheduling

The Person We're Looking For We need someone who notices when something is wrong and deals with it. This position is best suited to someone who is organized, accountable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the store.

Inventory accuracy is a major part of this position. You must be comfortable managing a large number of SKUs and ensuring that what the system says we have actually matches what is physically in the store.

If you do not have previous vape-store experience, this position will not be the right fit.
