As a Vehicle Advisor, your job isn’t to sell someone the most expensive car on the lot. It’s to help them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget. We want our Guests to feel good about their purchase long after they drive away.

Since opening in 2018, we’ve grown to five locations across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and we’re just getting started!

What will you be doing?

- Creating a great experience for Guests from their first inquiry to driving away in their new vehicle
- Connecting with Guests in person, over the phone, and online to understand what they’re looking for
- Showing off our vehicles, arranging test drives, and helping with trade-ins
- Sharing what makes ReCar different and why Guests can feel confident buying from us




- Using our technology and tools to make the buying process simple and straightforward
- Keeping our showroom and vehicles looking their best
- Getting involved in social media and building your own presence as a Vehicle Advisor
- Learning, growing, and working with your Branch Manager and training team to reach your goals

What are we looking for?

You don’t need previous car sales experience. We’ll teach you the business and give you hands-on training to get started. What matters most is your attitude. You’re someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in doing a good job, and is motivated to succeed. You’re comfortable having conversations, building relationships, and working toward goals.
