We are part of Shift Auto Group, a growing automotive organization across Atlantic Canada, and we’re looking for a Vehicle Sales Consultant who brings great energy, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a difference in the guest experience.

You don’t need to know everything about cars to get started. What matters most is your attitude, your ability to connect with people, and your willingness to learn. We’ll help you build the skills to succeed!

What You'll Be Doing

No two guests are exactly alike, and that’s part of what makes this role interesting. You’ll help people find a vehicle that fits their life, answer their questions, and make the buying experience something they feel valuable about.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- Connecting with guests, learning what matters to them, and helping them find the right vehicle.
- Bringing vehicles to life through walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Helping guests explore their options, including financing, trade-ins, and protection products.
- Following up with guests, building relationships, and making sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Using our CRM and digital tools to stay organized and on top of your opportunities.
- Keeping our vehicles and showroom looking their best.
- Getting involved in social media and other marketing opportunities to help showcase ReCar.
- Learning from your team,



taking part in coaching, and finding ways to get better every day.
- Working together to celebrate wins, reach goals, and make ReCar a great place to buy a vehicle.

- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
