Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Vendor Manager III for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.

- Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.

- Lead problem resolution for complex issues and provide subject matter expertise.

- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with client's policies and standards.

- Conduct internal and external research projects and support the development of presentations to management.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and manage transitions or terminations of vendors.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of Vendor Management experience





- 5+ years of experience with Third-Party Management Lifecycle

- Soft skills:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Solid interpersonal and time management skills

- Strong sense of urgency and adaptive to changes

- Team player

- Nice-to-have

- Banking Experience (strong asset)

- Prior risk assessment experience

- Project Management experience – ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate project activities

- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Ariba

- CSP or PMP certification
