- Maintain organized patient records, update medical histories, and ensure confidentiality
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and reception space




- Communicate effectively with pet owners about care instructions, follow-up appointments, and billing details

Experience

- Prior experience working with animals in a veterinary clinic or related environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
