Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the clinic, ensuring a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments accurately, managing the clinic’s calendar to optimize workflow
- Handle phone inquiries with clarity and professionalism, providing information or directing calls appropriately
- Maintain detailed patient records, updating medical histories, vaccination statuses, and treatment notes
- Assist with client communication regarding follow-up care, medication instructions, and appointment reminders




- Manage administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and organizing client files
- Support laboratory procedures by preparing samples or assisting with basic lab work when needed (laboratory experience preferred)

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Familiarity with veterinary software systems is a plus; laboratory experience is highly desirable
- A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing compassionate service
