Join Rodeo FX, a leader in visual effects, as a VFX Production Coordinator in Montreal. Support creative projects from pre-production to delivery while managing artist targets and shot lists. In this key role, you will assist the production team throughout projects like Blue Beetle and Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon.

Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor and Producer to maintain progress milestones while ensuring productive information flow. You'll produce status updates, manage meetings, and keep artists informed of changes and client notes. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain project shot lists and track targets
- Update documents for show status and schedules
- Disseminate client and internal notes to teams
- Organize and lead meetings for project updates
- Validate and ensure approval of all artist work Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in visual effects production
- Excellent Google Suite and Excel skills
- Experience with Flow Production Tracking software
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
