The Vice President, Investor Relations, reporting to the Managing Partner and Partner, will develop and lead communication related to Oak Hill’s investor relation’s clients with regards to their strategies, initiatives and performance, and serve as the primary point of contact with CIRO wealth managers, institutional portfolio managers and analysts, ensuring Oak Hill’s investor relation’s clients presents consistent and explicit messaging to key stakeholders.

The Vice

President will make daily outbound phone dials and contacts to build relationships with financial professionals, keep clients’ information updated and generate new leads from a defined target list.

This position will provide existing and potential investors with an accurate portrayal of Oak Hill’s investor relation’s client performance and prospects. This will be a highly visible position for an individual who demonstrates strategic and analytic thinking, confidence, creativity, effective communication skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

- Book five meetings weekly with wealth managers for Oak Hill’s investor relations clients;
- Serve as the primary spokesman for Ok Hill’s clients by communicating the client’s financial and operational performance and business outlook to current and potential investors;
- Manage the Company’s relationships with IIROC retail brokers, institutional investors
- and sell-side analysts by providing clear, accurate and confident communications;




- Identify investors who are underweight client’s stock/securities and develop a strategy to target those investors;
- Responsible for delivering all investor relations materials, including earnings releases, investor conferences and investor roadshows;
- Develop ideas for improving investor relations and increasing the effectiveness of communications with both IIROC retail brokers, institutional shareholders and sell-side analysts;
- Provide feedback and insight to senior and operations management on investor sentiment and industry conditions;
- Schedule, arrange and participate with senior management in industry and research analyst conferences, one on one meetings with investors and security analysts, conference calls with members of the financial community and roadshows to meet with targeted investors;
- Arrange and coordinate analyst and investors meetings to provide pertinent information to the financial community and to provide the financial community with the opportunity to meet the management and operations team of Oak Hill’s clients;
- Analyze reports prepared by the investment community concerning Oak Hill’s clients;
- Initiate and respond to written, telephone and email inquiries from members of the financial community;
- Provide information to Oak Hill’s Managing Partners and Partners on a regular basis on investor activity, stock performance and peer company comparisons; and
- Duties may change; Team Member may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
