Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this Estimator role focuses on preparing competitive bids for various demolition initiatives. You will review plans and contractors' quotes to develop accurate cost proposals. Your responsibilities will include both in office inspections and assessing environmental requirements to ensure compliant and comprehensive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review architectural and structural documents for accurate cost estimates
- Conduct site inspections to evaluate logistical challenges
- Identify hazardous materials and specialized environmental costs




- Solicit and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and disposal facilities
- Prepare and present compliant bid packages under tight deadlines

Requirements:

- Experience in estimating demolition projects
- Valid driver's license for site visits
- Strong knowledge of demolition equipment and operations
- Proficiency with estimating software like Heavy Bid or Bluebeam
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
