As the Production & Technical Manager, you will spearhead the secure and efficient operation of our facility. Your role encompasses leadership over production and maintenance teams, driving initiatives in operational performance, product quality, and food safety. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and preventive strategies within your team to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and equipment failures
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and oversight

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
