Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates and calculations
• Review tender documents and drawings with precision
• Conduct jobsite visits to assess conditions and requirements




• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for materials and labor
• Analyze subcontractor quotes for completeness and pricing

Requirements:
• Engineering degree or Civil Engineering diploma
• Minimum seven years of construction industry experience
• Five years of cost estimating expertise
• Proficient in using estimating software, preferably HCSS
• Robust collaborative skills with stakeholders
