The Town of Tillsonburg is seeking a Project Manager (Town Hall) for a two-year contraction to lead the Consolidated Town Hall project. You will oversee planning, procurement, design, construction, occupancy, and close-out, acting as owner’s representative across all phases.
Requires extensive experience in municipal capital projects, procurement, contract management, and risk management; salary range reflects project scale.
