We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as MRP and AS400 to track inventory levels, order status, and stock movements
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and organize goods within the warehouse
- Oversee order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes for e-commerce and wholesale clients
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits; update system data accordingly




- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during load & unload operations; conduct safety inspections regularly
- Support packaging operations to prepare products for shipment while adhering to quality standards

Experience

- Proven warehouse experience with a robust understanding of warehouse distribution processes
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP software for inventory control and order processing
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking techniques
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Experience working in e-commerce environments or high-volume distribution centers is advantageous
- Ability to perform load & unload tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
