Tamarack Solutions is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to help manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

The main focus of this position is keeping the warehouse organized, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are easy to locate and ready for shipment. You will also assist with bulk breaking, picking, packing, and fulfilling client orders when required.

Typical Schedule:

- Monday 10am to 2pm (or Tuesday after holiday Mondays)
- Thursday 12pm to 4pm
- Additional hours and shifts may be available depending on performance

Responsibilities As a small business, there are opportunities to support in nearly every aspect of what we do, however, primary responsibilities will include:

- Receive, count, label, and put away incoming inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and easy to navigate.




- Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and help investigate discrepancies.
- Pick and pack client orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments and shipping labels.
- Load and unload shipments as required.
- Process returns and restock products.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory.
- Assist with general warehouse projects and improvements.
- Follow safe warehouse practices and procedures.

What We're Looking For No previous warehouse experience required - we are willing to train the right individual. We are looking for someone who:

- has robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- is able to work quickly to meet targets while maintaining our 99.9% accuracy metric
- is reliable, dependable, and willing to take ownership of work
- is comfortable using computers and learning inventory management software
- works independently with minimal supervision
- is a good communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- can safely lift and move boxes weighing 60+ lbs
- is fluent in English (both spoken and written)
