Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (Part-Time)

Vancasa Building Supplies is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team.

We specialize in building materials, including fencing, roofing, flooring, and other construction products.

The ideal candidate must have previous warehouse and forklift operating experience, be physically fit, and be comfortable regularly lifting materials weighing up to 60 lbs.

Work Schedule

This position requires working four days per week:

- Monday: 8 hours
- Tuesday: 8 hours
- Friday: 8 hours
- Saturday: 6 hours

Total: 30 hours per week Applicants must be available to work all four scheduled days, including Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move building materials.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product conditions.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and customer vehicles.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain proper product storage.
- Perform regular manual lifting and handling of materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized warehouse.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Experience working with building materials, construction supplies, or lumber.
- Experience with warehouse inventory management.

Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $21.00
- Weekly Hours: 30
- Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $630
