Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment through effective team management and communication skills.
- Utilize internal Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to monitor operations and analyze data for process improvement.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics providers and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee safety protocols involving heavy lifting, forklift operation (certification preferred), and general warehouse safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.




- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in order fulfillment, packaging, and distribution workflows.
- Manage documentation related to shipments, inventory records, compliance reports, and incident logs with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a manufacturing or warehouse distribution setting with strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with supply chain management, e-commerce logistics, packaging processes, and order picking is preferred.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as continuous improvement initiatives or Lean practices is advantageous.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting tasks and operating forklifts safely while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
