We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our distribution processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

- Perform order picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments using forklifts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
- Handle heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in order picking and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed throughout the shift.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
