We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities
- Oversee all outbound department operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Coordinate closely with team leads to align department activities with overall warehouse objectives.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring that all outbound activities are carried out according to plan.
- Monitor inbound & outbound volumes to schedule and manage staff shifts, adjusting as necessary to meet operational demands.
- Develop and conduct training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Step in to directly support outbound operations, demonstrating leadership and practical skills in handling goods, managing inventory, and using warehouse management systems.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, specifically within outbound operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Valid forklift certification as plus.
- Knowledge of Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSC) and health and safety practices considered a plus.
