We are currently hiring Warehouse Organizer for a fast-paced logistics/warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with solid attention to detail and experience in picking, packing, and inventory handling.

Location: Danforth Ave and Birchmount Rd

Job Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack products based on daily orders
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
- Keep products organized, separated, and properly rotated
- Monitor product quality and report any issues immediately
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet wrapper and electric pallet jacks
- Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and workplace safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

- Must have strong hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach trucks and Walkie Riders, including the Raymond 8410
- Must be able to perform frequent manual lifting and merchandise replenishment involving items weighing from 2 pounds to over 50 pounds.




- Must be comfortable working across different temperature zones, including −18°C, −2°C, 6°C, and room-temperature areas.
- Experience in picking, packing, loading, receiving, and sorting stock
- Previous warehouse or e-commerce/logistics experience preferred
- Food industry warehouse experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Steel-toe safety shoes required from day one (must be provided by employee)
- Preferably candidates living in Scarborough or nearby areas

Work Schedule:

- 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation:

- Guaranteed total earnings of $25 per hour for the first four weeks, including base pay and incentives.
- After four weeks: $21 per hour base pay plus performance incentives, in accordance with the company’s performance-based compensation system.
- Performance bonus is based on productivity and accuracy targets and is not guaranteed

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
