We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Production Operative to join our team. The primary focus of this position is warehouse organization, material handling, forklift operation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and will take pride in keeping the warehouse organized, materials properly stored, and daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and organize materials.
- Receive, move, store, and prepare materials for production or shipment.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring materials are stored in the proper locations.
- Load and unload trucks while following proper material-handling procedures.
- Move heavy or bulky materials using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with inventory organization and basic material tracking.
- Prepare materials and products for production or delivery.
- Keep warehouse, storage areas, and workspaces clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Perform regular checks of materials and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly stored items.
- Operating machines as part of production support duties as required.
- Assist with other warehouse and production tasks.

What We Are Looking For




- Strong previous forklift operating experience is required.
- Good understanding of warehouse organization and material handling.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, standing, walking, and working for extended periods.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a busy warehouse environment.
- Careful and attentive when handling materials and operating equipment.
- Clean, organized, and safety-conscious approach to work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse experience over 3 years,
- Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience is an asset.
- Forklift certification is mandatory.
