Fraser Health Authority in Surrey, BC is seeking a Manager, Centralized Hiring & Workforce Initiatives to lead recruitment across multiple programs, strengthen sourcing strategies, and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver top talent for patient care. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, this role supervises an interdisciplinary team, guides onboarding, and develops dashboards and workforce plans to meet staffing targets.
