As a key member of our dedicated team, you will help individuals navigate behavioral challenges while promoting their health and well-being. This position requires a minimum two-year diploma, experience in trauma-informed practices, and strong communication skills.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop supportive strategies and implement care plans for each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in assessments and goal-setting for individuals
- Maintain accurate documentation on progress and care plans




- Ensure individuals' safety and physical needs are met
- Drive and accompany clients to appointments and events
- Facilitate recreational and educational activities

Requirements:

- Minimum two-year diploma or equivalent experience
- Proven ability working with behavioral support needs
- Certifications in First Aid and CPR (will train)
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
- Knowledge of relevant care approaches
