Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual needs assessments for clients
- Facilitate community connections and outreach efforts

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Social Services or related field
- 1-2 years experience in social services or group facilitation
- Robust communication skills in English and Punjabi or Hindi
- Knowledge of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program
- Excellent customer service and advocacy skills
