Job Description: Senior Financial Analyst – Jonas Software

Our business is one in which building relationships and working with others on the team are critical. The position requires a skilled verbal and written communicator with the confidence and polish to speak with senior executives, accountants, and colleagues.
You are driven to perform, results-oriented and willing to do what it takes. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are an enthusiastic energetic self-starter with a strong sense of customer focus. You are extremely organized and do not let details slip through the cracks.
You are a strong listener and collaborative individual, who likes to put forward suggestions and ideas on how to improve the status quo, with a strong focus on process management. You are an owner rather than a preparer, and you are comfortable being accountable for a set of numbers end to end.
You are comfortable with a dynamic financial reporting and compliance calendar while remaining responsive to the operational priorities of the business units you support.
