AFIMAC is seeking licensed Security Guards for various high-profile assignments across Ontario. This temporary contract offers competitive pay and requires flexibility to travel on short notice.

This role demands a valid Ontario security guard license along with the capability to commit to projects for a minimum of four weeks. Candidates must be prepared to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, while being able to handle confrontational situations with ease.

Hotel accommodations and a per diem will be provided when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to labour disruptions and organized protests
- Manage assignments at crime scenes and structural incidents
- Maintain presence at various sites for extended periods
- De-escalate confrontational situations effectively
- Adhere to work schedules, including weekends

Requirements:

- Valid security guard license in Ontario
- Flexibility and readiness to travel within Ontario
- Ability to work 84 hours per week
- Proficient in English communication skills
- Previous crisis management experience
