WoodGreen Community Services seeks a dedicated activator to plan, develop, and evaluate programs for seniors and caregivers. The role is onsite at 1080 Queen Street East, with a schedule of two days (Sat 9:00–17:00, Sun 9:00–17:00) totaling 14 hours weekly. The successful candidate will lead groups, co-design individualized plans, ensure quality service, and support clients and caregivers while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Fluency in English is essential.
