Overview

Procon Supplies is seeking an experienced Welder with a valid Welding Ticket to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various welding techniques and equipment and a solid commitment to safety and precision for a weekday-only schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Responsibilities

- operate welding equipment and tools, including callipers, rulers, and power saws, to assemble metal parts or structures.
- Select appropriate metals and materials based on design specifications.
- Follow all safety and health procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Choose the best welding equipment and techniques for specific metals.
- Identify and resolve potential issues or hazards during welding operations.

- Operate angle grinders and other tools for finishing and preparation.
- Accurately mark up construction drawings with proper specifications.

Requirements:





- Valid Welding Ticket (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and construction drawings.

- Skilled in using welding equipment and tools with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in welding operations.

- Physical stamina to handle the demands of welding tasks.
