We are seeking a experienced talented Dim Sum Chef Chef to join our team. As a Dim Sum chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Youwill work closely with our team to create
cutting-edge and delicious dishes that meet the expectations of our customers. Dim Sum experance is a must.

```Responsibilities:```
- Manage and supervise all aspects of food preparation and cooking
- Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective menus that meet budgetary constraints
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs

```Requirements:```




- Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef orsimilar role in a Dim Sum restaurant or DimSum hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability toeffectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food serviceprinciples and techniques
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment while maintaining attentionto detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulationsand best practices
- Culinary degree or certification ispreferred, but not required
