Vaco/Highspring is seeking an experienced accounts payable qualified in the Greater Toronto Area to join our client’s finance team. You will own vendor reconciliations, maintain AP records, and ensure accuracy before posting to the books.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in AP, a bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with an ERP or bookkeeping system. Excellent communication with vendors and internal teams is essential.
