Jonas Software – Premier Division is seeking a Client Experience Specialist in Markham, Ontario. You will learn our SaaS Construction Management Cloud App, become the product expert, and troubleshoot customer issues while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 3-5+ years in customer support, basic accounting knowledge, and strong English communication. This in office position offers growth in a dynamic startup-like environment within a global company.
