The Aviva Business Insurance Claims (ABI) team is seeking a claims professional with 5+ years of experience in casualty claims. You'll provide support by investigating and settling Auto BI and Commercial General Liability claims. Engage with clients and brokers while ensuring effective communication and managing expenses throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer and stakeholder communication
- Investigate and settle Auto BI and Commercial General Liability claims
- Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation files
- Maintain timely and accurate file reserves
- Identify opportunities for improving claims handling processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous claims experience, 2+ years in Commercial Claims
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred
- Solid knowledge of Casualty and Personal Lines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively
