Dilico Anishinabek Family Care in Thunder Bay is seeking a full time Personal Support Worker Float to deliver in-home support and personal care, enabling clients to live independently at home. You will work with the Health & Wellness team, assisting with daily living, caregiver relief, palliative care, and related activities.

The role requires a PSW certificate (or willingness to obtain) and 2+ years of direct home care experience, with valid First Aid/CPR and a Ontario G driver’s license.
