As a Line Leader reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate daily operations on the assigned shift. Your responsibilities include leading a team, promoting compliance with company policies, and evaluating employee performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in quality management systems and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead line startup and shutdown operations
- Coach and evaluate production employees regularly
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor productivity against operational targets
- Conduct team meetings to communicate objectives

Requirements:

- Knowledge of TS 16949 and continuous improvement
- Experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing
