In this strategic role, you will support senior leadership, including the President and CEO, to enhance the Foundation's major gift initiatives. Focus on developing and implementing strategies for cultivating gifts exceeding $1M, alongside managing an active prospect pipeline.

Your expertise will be essential for nurturing relationships and executing robust fundraising operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to strategize principal giving efforts
- Manage and enhance the Principal Giving Program with actionable insights
- Cultivate, solicit,



and steward major and principal gifts
- Analyze data to strengthen donor acquisition and retention
- Draft high-level correspondence for executives and donors

Requirements:

- Experience in major gift fundraising or operations
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Robust organizational and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or similar software
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field
