50,000 – $60,000 a year | Office Full-time Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administrator to join our Halifax branch. The Service Administrator plays a key role in providing daily administrative and clerical support that enables efficient service operations.

This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day, and enjoys being a reliable team player. This position is fully in office Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm.

A Day in the Life

- Manage a high volume of service files and documentation
- Support Accounts Receivable activities
- Maintain accurate customer and service information
- Communicate with customers and internal service teams to support daily operations




- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Respond to service-related inquiries and assist with dispatching crews as needed

Requirements

- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Post-secondary education in administration or business

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
