Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being as the lead physiotherapist in our clinic. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, enabling them to regain independence and enhance their quality of life. You will have access to a private and spacious assessment room, a full service receptionist who handles booking/billing in person, and a private 200 sqft gym/ rehab space, while becoming an essential member in our multidisciplinary team.

Duties

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including movement analysis and medical history review
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery goals
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training




- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Chiropractors, RMT's, Acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations

Skills

- Proven rehab experience with ability to work with diverse populations
- Strong background in functional training and movement-based exercise and program design
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach that fosters trust and motivation
- Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices
- Willingness to collaborate and deliver the highest quality patient care possible
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices
- Willingness to participate in marketing and community education platforms

Hours and Compensation

- Hours are versatile
- Pay will be structured around a percentage split based on skill, experience, and marketing engagement

Pay: $35,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
