Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients for daily menu items
- Support cooking activities by following recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, workstations, and storage spaces
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards
- Serve meals efficiently to guests or staff while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels




- Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for everyone

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
- Basic knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
