Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private One-on-One Home Care Worker to provide personalized, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. Duties

- Provide one-on-one personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support patients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry to maintain a clean and safe setting
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication activities diligently
- Assist with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary, to ensure client safety
- Monitor health status by observing changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to family members or healthcare professionals
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being




- Follow all care protocols related to dementia, hospice, or disability-specific needs while maintaining dignity and respect for the client

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or home care environments preferred
- Strong background in patient care, senior care, or hospice support highly desirable
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is a plus
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing skills required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when assisting clients with mobility needs
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards clients of all ages
- Reliable, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to follow detailed care instructions accurately

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 8.0 per week
