Age Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care aligned with each resident’s care plan. You will monitor and document care, participate in training, and support recent team members while adhering to IPAC policies.

This is a full‑time position with a focus on geriatric residents in a home‑like community. The role requires a PSW certificate or diploma and compliance with applicable Ontario standards.
