We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, educate patients and their families on health management, and ensure a safe and comfortable workplace for all patients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for success in this position. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
