Our client, an established and growing company in the Hamilton/Burlington area is seeking a Controller to join their team! Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will play a strategic role in the financial management of a multi-entity company. The successful candidate will utilize their skill set to interpret financial results and contribute to ongoing process improvements in the Finance department.

This is an in-office position. Work Location: 100% in-office in the Hamilton-Burlington area. What our client has to offer: Competitive salary and advantages Established and growing company Continued opportunity for professional growth Primary Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with ASPE and other regulatory requirements Interpret financial results in order to assess business performance and make recommendations for improvement and sound financial strategies Work with the CFO in leading business planning process including annual operating plan, annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecast Oversee treasury, internal controls,



and compliance Collaborate with internal and stakeholders Provide support and expertise to automate and streamline financial processes Coordinate with external auditors, prepare required documentation and facilitate an efficient audit process Support and lead process improvements and procedure implementations. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Controller in a multi-entity settingCPA designation required3+ years of supervisory experience Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required for success in this role This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment This is an in-office position This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client's organization.
