Oxford plant HR role seeks a detail-oriented HR qualified to partner with Production Supervisors, union stewards and hourly staff to drive engagement and provide excellent support to plant personnel.
You will manage confidential records, assist with onboarding, track attendance, handle grievances, report HR metrics, and support payroll, benefits, wellbeing, and ethics initiatives in line with the plant's collective bargaining agreement.
