Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Calgary to lead diesel technicians, drive maintenance scheduling, and ensure high service quality. You will hire, train, and develop technicians to meet customer expectations while maintaining a safe, efficient shop.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management and 3+ years of team leadership in metric-driven settings. Day shift in Calgary, with opportunities for advancement and competitive perks.
