Secondary school graduate, with post-secondary education in Nutrition preferredMinimum two-year relevant experience in a healthcare settingKnowledge of basic food and nutrition required, preference will be given to those with knowledge of diet therapyDemonstrated customer service and communication skills, handling issues and problem solving with tact and diplomacyExcellent computer skills (Computrition, Microsoft Office, Internet)Ability to prioritize and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environmentProven organizational and teamwork skillsAble to work independently and prioritize workload and handle demands in a fast paced environmentPositive work and attendance performance essentialPosition Summary
Responsible for working as part of a dynamic and diverse team to support the patient experience with excellent food serviceResponsible for obtaining patients’ meal choices via computer for two meals dailyWorking closely with the patient food services assembly teamProvides front-line service to patients and families, particularly food and meal requests and queries and related concerns.Works efficiently and effectively to meet department operational timelinesResponsible for processing meal tickets for meals,
