EY-Parthenon Canada is seeking a Learning Leader to shape and execute the learning and capability-building strategy for the Canadian EY-P Canada practice. You will oversee onboarding, technical capability development, leadership development and continuous qualified growth, working with global teams to prioritize and implement end-to-end learning initiatives. The role requires strong business acumen, leadership presence, and the ability to influence across a complex matrix while managing a
