Fairstone Bank is seeking an Oaken Service and Sales Specialist to lead the customer experience for Oaken clients. You will build relationships through phone, email, and in-person visits, attend conferences and community events, and respond promptly to inquiries.
You will also identify opportunities, onboard current clients, and retain existing customers. The role requires a post-secondary degree or diploma in business/finance, at least 3 years in customer service, and strong communication skills.
